So, you delete a mail item and then empty your recycle bin then realise you really need that mail, we’ve all done it. Luckily Office 365 has a nifty little tool to recover those items.
It’s completely free but your IT Support providers needs to configure the amount of time items are retained because it’s just 14 days by default.
Just another simple but useful Office 365 feature.
