Everything Tech Group, previously MITSG, was founded in November 2020 and is headed by former GCI CFO Mark Allen, and COO Phil Smith.
Everything Tech Groups first acquisition was IT Farm. IT Farm provide cloud services to SMEs across four service sectors:

• Professional Services
The next acquisition for Everything Tech Group was Nexbridge Communications. Nexbridge provides high volume telecoms services to call centres and other communications providers. They have infrastructure hosted in multiple UK data centres, Nexbridge offers interconnection to several Tier 1 carriers.
As part of the Nexbridge acquisition Everything Tech Group also acquire WHYPAY?. WHYPAY? provides advanced, affordable and innovative conferencing solutions.
Everything Tech Group’s third acquisition was CSS Group. CSS Group comprised of Opus-UK CSS, MICL and CSP. They provide a comprehensive range of IT software, support, and telecoms services across the UK.
Everything Tech was acquired by Everything Tech Group in July 2022, which prompted the rebrand of MITSG. Everything Tech is an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) which supports every element of a business’ IT infrastructure including IT support, IT security, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365 and Cloud services, Backup and disaster recovery, IT training, Unified communications, and Microsoft Dynamics.
