These terms and conditions refer to the promotional offer (“IT Audit Offer”) brought to you by Everything Tech, part of Everything Tech Group, whose registered office is at Hanover House, 30-32 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4FD (“Everything Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
The IT audit Offer is open to all legitimate enquires made through the Everything Tech LinkedIn promotion. By using this offer, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such offer which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
1. Promotion
The offer will be applied to all relevant enquires, such enquires will be subject to our standard terms and conditions of purchase and product/service specific terms and conditions of use.
The Offer is only available to you if, at the time of taking advantage of the Offer, you have legitimate interest in a new IT provider do not already have an active subscription to the product or service or an active Sage Cover Membership Agreement to the product. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise indicated.
To receive the Offer the relevant party must undergo an IT audit, performed by a member of the Everything Tech team, and there must be no issues found by the Everything Tech team member, this will be presented on an IT Audit document. The recipient will receive the Offer once they confirm taking products and/or services from Everything Tech.
2. Our Liability to you
We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage from the Promotion (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion) or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
3. How we will use your entry
If you take part in the Promotion, we will use any relevant details submitted to administer the Promotion. We may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not agree to take part in the Offer. 4. General
Everything Tech reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion refuse the offer or withdraw the offer from a participant or beneficiary at any time without notice.
These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by making use of the offer, you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this offer.
