Protecting your business from impersonation, fraud, and brand damage
As your Managed Service Provider, we take your security seriously, especially when it comes to email, which remains one of the most common ways attackers target businesses.
Cybercriminals can easily mimic trusted brands and businesses to trick customers, employees, and suppliers into clicking harmful links or sharing sensitive data.
To combat this, a global email security standard called DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) was introduced. It builds on existing technologies like SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and is now widely adopted by major email providers and organisations worldwide.
DMARC helps ensure that only authorised senders can send email from your domain, preventing spoofing and impersonation attacks.
We are enabling a DMARC-based email protection system for all managed clients. This system:
Uses DMARC, DKIM, and SPF to verify that emails sent from your domain are legitimate.
Tells receiving email servers how to handle messages that fail authentication — typically quarantining or rejecting them.
Relays reports back to us about suspicious or unauthorised email activity, so we can take action fast.
Integrates directly with Microsoft 365, making implementation seamless with your existing email systems.
This is a proactive upgrade that strengthens your business’s email security and helps maintain your brand’s reputation.
No action is required unless you choose to opt out.
This upgrade is part of our commitment to proactively securing your email environment. However, we understand that some organisations may wish to opt out.
By choosing to opt out, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Your domain may be spoofed – attackers could send emails that appear to come from your business.
Customers, partners, or staff may be targeted by fraudulent emails impersonating your brand.
You may experience deliverability issues, as major email providers increasingly reject or flag messages from domains without DMARC protection.
You will not receive visibility or alerts about unauthorised use of your domain in email traffic.
We strongly advise against opting out unless you fully understand the consequences and accept responsibility for any resulting issues.
If you still wish to proceed, please complete the form below to confirm your decision.
