The first line in our defence against broken and bruised technology, the first line team have the important job of providing triage to your support calls. Resolving more than one hundred tickets a day our team of heroes pride themselves in getting you working quickly when technology gets in the way.
When things get a little more tricky our fantastic second line support team step in to handle escalations. They have a minimum of five years working with the technology you use and are armed with Microsoft certifications to backup their experience.
Our third line team are the best in the business. These guys are dedicated to becoming as close as possible to your internal IT manager. There is nothing they cant fix. Constantly seeking out ways to improve your business and find technologies that improve the way you work.
The admin team are at the core of the business. Their primary role is to make sure the technical team are able to deliver the exceptional services we’re famous for. They handle everything from accounts and finance to making sure your kit is kept fresh and up to date.
