All our packages carry an unlimited amount of telephone and email support calls.
If your third party product carries a warranty from the supplier we will liaise with them on a best endeavours basis just like your IT manager would, we can’t be responsible if your third party supplier doesn’t cooperate or the product is out of warranty.
If your support contract includes on-site visits we will come to you at least once per month we will give you as much notice as we can, maintenance visits fit around more urgent call outs so there may sometimes be a need to change things around
